\n\t\t\tAndrew MacKenzie\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has extensive experience as a Non-Executive and Executive Director in numerous companies both private and publicly listed. He was an investor in Jaeger Group from its acquisition in 2003 acting initially as CEO then as a Non-Executive director until its sale to private equity in 2012. He was also an investor and CEO of Complete Leisure Group Plc, the image rights company of Lord Sebastian Coe and effected its sale prior the 2012 London Olympic Games. He has operated in both the private and public sectors during a distinguished career, his speciality being the raising of capital and funds for his clients and assisting them with any necessary restructuring. He is also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to act as a Compliance Officer and as an Anti Money Laundering Reporting Officer. He is based in Surrey and travels extensively overseas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr Sanjeev Kumar Lutchumun holds an MBA from University of Birmingham and he is also a fellow member of ACCA. Sanjeev has been working in the Global business sector at senior management level for over 15 years. He has proven track record and experience in assisting international clients such as HNWis, Corporates, Start-ups and Multinationals in structuring their businesses and provide them with tax efficient solutions together with wealth management and asset protections tools. Sanjeev travels to various jurisdiction for business and marketing meeting, conferences and workshops and is always in the search of opportunities and meeting people of alike mind. He has travelled extensively to various parts in Africa, Moscow, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, London and Paris. He also sits as board member in various global funds, investment and asset management, global business companies and has been acting as trustee representative and bank signatories as well.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

He has good knowledge in the formation and administration of UK Companies, UK LLPs and UK LLCs and also for offshore companies from various jurisdictions including BVI, Belize, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seychelles, Mauritius (both GBC1 and GBC2). Tim is a highly-qualified multi-disciplinary technical specialist. From Radar Systems Specialist with the SANDF to military broadcast engineer in critical environments, Tim has lived and worked in a number of international regions. Most recently, during his time as an energy assessor and thermographer he designed and developed an anti-microbial ventilation system to combat Covid. Tim is an Executive Director of RA-ESG PLC and the Technical Advisor to Wellsford.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t
