Advisory Panel - Financial
Andrew MacKenzie
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has extensive experience as a Non-Executive and Executive Director in numerous companies both private and publicly listed. He was an investor in Jaeger Group from its acquisition in 2003 acting initially as CEO then as a Non-Executive director until its sale to private equity in 2012. He was also an investor and CEO of Complete Leisure Group Plc, the image rights company of Lord Sebastian Coe and effected its sale prior the 2012 London Olympic Games. He has operated in both the private and public sectors during a distinguished career, his speciality being the raising of capital and funds for his clients and assisting them with any necessary restructuring. He is also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to act as a Compliance Officer and as an Anti Money Laundering Reporting Officer. He is based in Surrey and travels extensively overseas.

Blessing Mutsahuni
Blessing holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCOMPT). He has over 15 Years' progressive experience in Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Finance and Trading. After leaving PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), he focused his talents and experience on the private sector and was a founding member of Wellsford International, where he concentrates on his core competence: the global trading of Metals, Minerals, Agricultural Commodities and Energy

Sanjeev Kumar Lutchumun
Mr Sanjeev Kumar Lutchumun holds an MBA from University of Birmingham and he is also a fellow member of ACCA. Sanjeev has been working in the Global business sector at senior management level for over 15 years. He has proven track record and experience in assisting international clients such as HNWis, Corporates, Start-ups and Multinationals in structuring their businesses and provide them with tax efficient solutions together with wealth management and asset protections tools. Sanjeev travels to various jurisdiction for business and marketing meeting, conferences and workshops and is always in the search of opportunities and meeting people of alike mind. He has travelled extensively to various parts in Africa, Moscow, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, London and Paris. He also sits as board member in various global funds, investment and asset management, global business companies and has been acting as trustee representative and bank signatories as well.

Keevin Lutchumun
Mr. Keevin Lutchumun holds an MBA from the East London University and has been in the corporate services sector over the last 10 years. He has proven track record and experience in on-line and e-marketing, IT risks management, overseeing the company formation and administration department and undertaking ongoing compliance and due diligence reviews. He has good knowledge in the formation and administration of UK Companies, UK LLPs and UK LLCs and also for offshore companies from various jurisdictions including BVI, Belize, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seychelles, Mauritius (both GBC1 and GBC2). He also has knowledge of Trust formation and administration together with an understanding of responsibilities as Trustee.

Tim Jonck
Tim is a highly-qualified multi-disciplinary technical specialist. From Radar Systems Specialist with the SANDF to military broadcast engineer in critical environments, Tim has lived and worked in a number of international regions. Most recently, during his time as an energy assessor and thermographer he designed and developed an anti-microbial ventilation system to combat Covid. Tim is an Executive Director of RA-ESG PLC and the Technical Advisor to Wellsford.

Darlington Hukuimwe
Darlington is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years Corporate Leadership Experience. He holds an MBA, BSc and various professional certifications. He has held senior leadership roles in Amalgamated Brands, Lafarge Holcim Zimbabwe, Econet Group, Price Waterhouse, EOH Consulting Botswana amongst others. Darlington has extensive industry experience working in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Kenya and South Africa

Echelon Associates
Echelon is a multi-disciplinary corporate advisory company and heads up Wellsford’s Advisory Panel. Echelon provides the company with access to ex-bank directors, chartered accountants, commercial/corporate legal counsel, electrical/structural and civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and other professional service providers. Importantly, Echelon is highly experienced in setting up and managing international investment brokerage networks trading in listed securities and venture capital opportunities.
